The variant solved the task with dummy-value prerecord!
I some times came mentally to that that it is necessary to try this variant, but the faith was not, hammered to itself into the head that BIP forcedly exposes a format.
Values are deduced with green  in left (upper) to a corner of a cell with the warning from excel about that that in a cell the number as the text is saved, but this and was a task essence.
APEX - alas is not present.  on EXCEL already coordinated.
It will be functional in the course of commenting to users conveniently  a functional of "dragging" of values.
And already it is a lot of processes  on the similar circuit of loading of the data in DWH, with that exception that was not necessary rigid restrictions on types of values.
